It’s wild to me to think that people who are still in high school think they got it all figured out and that they’re above making mistakes. If someone calls you out on something, don’t become extremely offensive, defensive and dismissive. It’s not only such an obvious red flag that you’re childish and haven’t encountered the world yet but also will hurt you in the future because people who are like that in high school get validated by other like minded people and you will never grow out of it- and where your confidence and “stand your ground” attitude will quickly grow into ignorance if it hasn’t already.
It’s true what they say that the man who thinks he knows everything, knows nothing. It’s the person who is actually willing to learn that is the mature one. | It’s honestly just so weird when it’s so blatant. It makes me cringe to read self important middle schoolers & high schoolers who sound like they actually know better then so many people :/
